Changes in Virtus.pro Dota 2 roster

Virtus.pro carry player Alexandr “krylat” Krylatov and position 5 player Andrey “Dukalis” Kuropatkin have been benched.

Alexander "StrangeR" Solomonov, Head of Dota 2 department in Virtus.pro:

“I want to make things clear by saying that there were no internal conflicts or insurmountable disagreements within the team. The decision to move Alexandr and Andrey out of the active roster is dictated by the recently emerged opportunity of inviting new players, capable of making our team better in both short- and long-term perspective. It was a tough decision, but a necessary one.

We are announcing this as soon as possible and letting everyone know that we are ready to consider different options for our reserve players to play for other teams in order to not deprive them of the opportunity to continue performing on the professional scene. I would also like to express my gratitude to the guys for their hard work for the better of the team.

More information on our roster for the second tour of DPC EEU will be announced later on. For now I can only say that the list of potential candidates is very clear.”

We will announce our new roster soon. Follow us on social media to stay updated on club’s news.
