What You’ll Do: 

• Lead and manage our SMM department;
• Drive the growth of all our social media channels;
• Create engaging contests, content segments, and leverage trends;
• Collaborate on innovative special projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of SMM experience with proven team management skills;
• Deep knowledge of the esports industry;
• Exceptional communication skills and English proficiency at a C1 level or higher;
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in task delegation for designers and video editors;Proficiency with task management tools;
• Flexibility and readiness to tackle unconventional challenges;
• Ability to analyze social media data for actionable insights;
• Expertise in content planning, reporting, and tone-of-voice development.
