A fan’s guide to Dreamhack Las Vegas

DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017 will be held between 15 and 19 February 2017. Eight invited teams and eight winners of the qualifiers will compete for a prize pool of $450,000. DH Las Vegas will be the first tournament to include Inferno in the map pool, replacing Dust2.

In the draw, Virtus.pro G2A were seeded in Group B, where their opponents will be fnatic, Gambit Esports, and Misfits. Group matches will use the GSL system. The format will be Bo1 in the high bracket and Bo3 in the low one.

Two best teams out of each group will advance to the playoffs. From the quarterfinals on, the bracket will be single-elimination with a Bo3 match format.

Playoffs

VP.G2A will play against Astralis in the semis. The match will be held 19 February at 20:00 CET.
