VP.Prodigy announces the search of the Head of CS:GO department

VP.Prodigy, the academic division of Virtus.pro, announces the search for a person who will lead our youth CS:GO branch. The task for the academy leader is to build a roster structure that works effectively with a large number of players and helps them find their place on the pro scene.  

Our academic department has already achieved some success in working with young talents. In CS:GO, this is confirmed by the regular transfers of our players to clubs from the top of HLTV ranks, thanks to which they reach the playoffs of big tournaments and rise even higher in the world rankings. In Dota 2, one of VP.Prodigy's alumni plays in the Virtus.pro main roster, and several more play for teams from the top spots of the DPC leagues. Now we need a CS:GO project manager who can set up a systematic approach to working with youth and show stable results in the long run.  

Our main selection criteria for this role are:   

• Knowledge of the professional CS:GO scene: players, clubs, tournament operators. Experience with CS:GO roster will be appreciated;
• Understanding of the processes of scouting young talents and knowing how to work with them correctly to help players reach their full potential;
• The ability to build training and work processes within the framework of a long-term club development strategy.

You can be of any nationality, age and gender, run a YT channel with a million subscribers, or not be widely known. We will evaluate all candidates only in terms of their experience, professional qualities and suitability for the proposed position.
