VP.G2A are playing against OpTic Gaming in their first ELEAGUE Major match-up

ELEAGUE have held drawing of the ELEAGUE Major’s first round. Virtus.pro G2A are facing OpTic Gaming in their first bout.

Group stage of the ELEAGUE Major is taking place on January 22–25th. The organizers opted for the swiss format, in which each team faces a random squad with the same win-loss ratio. Teams that score three wins in best-of-ones move on to the playoffs. Those who fall short three times are eliminated.

The playoffs are scheduled for January 27–29th. Eight squads will play best-of-three matches in a single-elimination bracket. The prize pool amounts to $1,000,000.
