Virtus.pro finished first in The Boston Major group stage

The first day of The Boston Major is over. Virtus.pro won two matches in the group and advanced to the play-off stage.

Virtus.pro defeated Team NP with a score 2:0 in the first match of the tournament and outperformed Newbee with the same score.

The tournament is held in the GSL format. VP’s first opponent in the play-off will be the 4th place team from group D. The group consists of OG, iG Vitality, EHOME and Ad Finem.

The name of VP’s opponent will be revealed on December 5. Our team’s first play-off match will commence on December 7.

The prize pool of The Boston Major amounts to $3,000,000.
