Virtus.pro to face Team Russia in their first match at WESG Grand Final

The organizers have revealed the schedule for WESG Grand Final. In their first match Virtus.pro G2A are playing against the stack Team Russia. The tournament starts on January 12.



VP.G2A are also facing Team Canada on the same day. On January 13, the team are battling it out against Team One, Team EnVyUs and Epsilon. The best squad from each group will advance into quarterfinals and those who will place second and third will compete in Ro12 for the remaining spots. These matches will take place on January 14.
The four remaining teams are playing out semifinals, the third-place decider and the grand final on January 15.

January 12

  • Virtus.pro G2A vs Team One (11:30 GMT +8)
  • Virtus.pro G2A vs Team EnVyUs (15:30 GMT +8)
  • Virtus.pro G2A vs Epsilon (19:30 GMT +8)

Virtus.pro G2A qualified for WESG Grand Final through placing third at the Europe and CIS event. The Grand Final with a prize pool of $1,500,000 will occur in Zhangzhou.
