Virtus.pro leaves DreamHack Open Valencia 2018

G2 Esports were Virtus.pro's next opponent in DreamHack Open Valencia 2018. The match was played in a best-of-3 format. The Poles' map of choice was Mirage, where they started on offense and showed interesting tactics and solid teamplay (7:8). Following the side-swap, both teams continued the neck-to-neck struggle which ultimately ended in G2's favor (12:16).

The French-Belgium line-up's choice fell on Dust2, where they started off on attack by taking 5 rounds in a row in a convincing fashion. VP managed to fight back (1:5), but couldn't finish the first half with more than 4 rounds (4:11). After starting on CT, the Polish line-up only managed to pick up a single round, and left the tournament on a rather negative note.
